Seller Rules

Customers trust what they see on MeltsWell. These simple rules protect that trust. They are part of our Terms of Service. If you break them, we can hide your listings or remove your account.

1. Use real photos

Every photo must be a real photo of sweets you made yourself, taken by you. No AI-generated or AI-edited images. No stock photos. No photos taken from someone else's page.

2. No people in photos

Product photos show the food only. No people in the frame.

3. Sell what you show

The product a customer receives must match your photo and description. No tricks.

4. Halal only

Everything you sell on MeltsWell must be halal.

5. Honest prices

List real prices and honor them, including your coupons.

6. Business social links only

Link only your business's social accounts, never your personal ones. Keep that content respectful and modest. What you post on your own social media is your responsibility, not MeltsWell's.

7. Be reachable

Answer customers honestly and keep your contact details up to date.

8. One business, one account

Each business has one MeltsWell account.
