1. What MeltsWell is

MeltsWell is a presence and discovery platform for food creators. We provide creators with a public page to showcase their products and allow customers to find them. MeltsWell is not a marketplace. We do not process orders, handle payments between creators and customers, or take any commission on sales. All transactions happen directly between creators and their customers.

2. Who can use MeltsWell

MeltsWell is for food businesses only. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a legitimate food business, home baker, chocolatier, pastry maker, or similar food creator. You must provide accurate information about your business.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Creator responsibilities

By using MeltsWell, you agree to:

• Only upload photos of your own products
• Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and business information
• Not post misleading, false, or offensive content
• Keep your WhatsApp number and contact details current
• Comply with food safety and business regulations in your location

4. Free tier and founding access

New creators go live on the Free tier upon profile approval. No credit card is required. The Free tier keeps your page listed and orderable with a limited selection of your items; the rest is saved and restored when you subscribe.

Founding creators received a 90-day full-access period. Near its end you receive a reminder email, followed by a 14-day decision window with full access kept. If no plan is chosen, the account moves to the Free tier: the page stays online and everything beyond the Free selection is saved for when you upgrade.

5. Subscription and billing

MeltsWell offers two paid subscription tiers: Starter ($7.99/month) and Growth ($13.99/month), each also available yearly. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry over roughly two weeks. If payment is not resolved, the account moves to the Free tier: your page stays online with a limited selection of items, and everything is restored when you subscribe again.

Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to MeltsWell. By uploading content, you grant MeltsWell a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the platform and in promotional materials for the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.

7. MeltsWell rights

MeltsWell reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any listing that violates these terms or our content guidelines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.

The leaderboard ranking, score system, and featured placement are determined by MeltsWell and may change at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

MeltsWell is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, leaderboard visibility, or the number of customer inquiries you will receive. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of MeltsWell shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
