1. MeltsWell is a discovery platform, not a food seller
MeltsWell is a presence and discovery platform for food creators. We provide creators with a public page to showcase their products and help customers find them. We do not prepare, handle, inspect, store, sell, or deliver any food. We do not process orders or payments between creators and customers. All transactions happen directly between a creator and their customer.
2. Creators are responsible for their food
Each creator is solely responsible for the safety, quality, preparation, hygiene, ingredients, labeling, and accurate description of their products, and for holding any licenses or permits required where they operate. Listings on MeltsWell are created and controlled by the creators themselves. We do not verify or guarantee any of this information.
3. Allergens
Food sold by creators may contain or come into contact with allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and others. MeltsWell does not collect or verify allergen information. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or dietary requirement, you must contact the creator directly and confirm whether their products are safe for you before ordering. Do not rely on MeltsWell for allergen or dietary information.
4. No endorsement or guarantee
A profile, leaderboard ranking, score, or featured placement on MeltsWell is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any creator, their food, or their business practices. Rankings reflect platform activity and are not a measure of food safety or quality.
5. You order at your own risk
Any decision to contact a creator and order food is made at your own risk and is a matter strictly between you and the creator. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeltsWell and Node and Scale LLC are not liable for any illness, allergic reaction, injury, loss, or damage arising from food bought from a creator found through the platform, or from any dealings between you and a creator.
6. Reporting concerns
If you have a safety concern about a creator or a listing, please report it to us at hello@meltswell.com. We may review and remove listings under our Acceptable Use Guidelines, but this does not transfer responsibility for food safety to us.
